1 General Terms & Conditions

Geta5 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all registered members ("you" or "user") of geta5.

By registering on geta5, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Geta5 currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: 100 BDT
• Maximum Deposit: ৳1,00,000 per day (without account verification)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically within 15 minutes to 24 hours

Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed for unverified accounts. You should also withdraw using the same method used to deposit — using a different method may require additional verification.

Geta5 does not charge any transaction fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond our control.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Geta5 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Before using any of these offers, it's important to read the applicable terms and conditions carefully.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only available after the specified conditions have been met.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account suspension.
• Geta5 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus offers will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

5 Betting Rules

Geta5 has a set of general betting rules that all players are required to follow. These rules apply equally to everyone and are in place to ensure a fair environment for all.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error has occurred.
• Bets placed on odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error will be considered void.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake is generally refunded.
• Geta5 accepts no liability for disconnections that occur during live betting.
• Betting limits apply — geta5 reserves the right to decline high-risk bets.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on geta5. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses multiple times under different identities.
• Automation: Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Money Laundering: Using geta5 as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate games.
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Minor's Account: Operating an account on behalf of someone under 18.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Geta5 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• In cases involving suspicious financial transactions.
• Upon court order or at the request of a government regulatory authority.

You can also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw your verified balance before proceeding with account closure.

Inactive Account Policy: An account will be considered inactive after 12 months of no transactions, and a maintenance fee of 100 BDT or the remaining balance — whichever is lower — will be deducted each month.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Geta5 takes the protection of your personal information seriously. Your data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our privacy policy.

9 Responsible Gaming

Geta5 is committed to responsible gaming. We want every player to treat gaming as a form of entertainment — not as an addiction.

• Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Loss Limit: Automatically pause play after losses exceed a set limit.
• Session Limits: A maximum time limit can be set for each session.

10 Limits of Liability

Geta5 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or force majeure events.

However, if a technical error results in direct financial loss to a user, geta5 will ensure appropriate compensation following a proper investigation.
